His guidance led us to the perfect home for us and his knowledge of the market led us to the perfect price. I cannot say enough good things about MIke and the help he provided in finding me a home. I have bought numerous homes before but none in such an extreme sellers market. I was completely unaware of tactics that would be needed to actually secure a home....but fortunately, Mike wasn't. I have to admit, I didn't trust him at first and we lost out on a number of homes because I didn't want to take his advice. Mike was patient with me when I probably would have fired me! Not only that, he seemed to listen really well and learn about my wants each time we looked at homes or made offers on them. He asked good questions to understand me and actually to make me think about what was most important to me. Most of all, I came to see that he was 100% looking out for my best interest and putting his interest behind mine. I knew Mike was honest but often I've seen salespeople who are good people, tend to stretch things a bit or look at things from the point of view of their interests rather than their customers....that was never so with Mike. I came to appreciate his market knowledge, his collaborative approach, his prompt communication, his expertise in what he does and last but not least, the fact that he's just a real person with a good sense of humor. I wouldn't hesitate to send me closest friends to Mike!
